3. What are your shipping times?

To keep prices accessible, our products ship from international fulfillment centers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 7–14 business days

  • International: 14–31 business days

Note: Shipping times may vary depending on customs, courier delays, and seasonal demand.

4. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

5. How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible after your order ships.

6. My tracking number isn’t updating—why?

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the shipment is dispatched.
This is normal, especially for international logistics.

7. Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

To speed up delivery, items may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock availability.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify.
